For Judge Sid Harle's and Judge Sharon MacRae's signatures, Hilda Valadez "cut out an existing signature" of the judge "and placed it on the 'Judge Presiding' signature line of a blank attorney pay voucher. Defendant then photocopied this forgery multiple times, producing a number of 'pre-signed' blank vouchers," said the March 11 Waiver, Consent to Stipulations of Testimony and Stipulations in State v. Valadez.
