For 13 years, a small medical device company named Lexion Medical has relied on Dallas attorney David Wille to protect its intellectual property rights. And after building a case that a competitor's false statements caused Lexion's sales to tank, Wille persuaded a Delaware jury to award $12.2 million in damages in favor of his client.

    Yes, good result. Maybe Texas should import some Delaware trained judges to replace the incompetent and/or corrupt judges that corporate liability insurers like AIG have installed and bribe/extort with promises/treats of career security/insecurity and extrajudicial private business "opportunities"--threats/promises delivered to judges by the big-law insurance defense mouthpieces insurers employ.
