A jury convicted the appellant of allegedly misapplying fiduciary property of $1,500 or more but less than $20,000. The reading of jurors' notes by a prosecutor was not a conversation for purposes of Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 36.22. The trial court's judgment is affirmed.
