The appellant was convicted of the felony offenses of alleged indecency with a child and alleged aggravated sexual assault of a child. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in removing a juror as disabled due to physical illness and replacing her with an alternate juror, or by refusing to grant appellant a mistrial. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to unseal personal juror information under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 35.29. The trial court's judgment is affirmed.
