    Mr. Fischer posted the following comment on my Facebook page:

    Steve Fischer • Friends with Bill King and 26 others
    Robert let me copy and paste ". I voted for Ron Paul- he was against the war consistently from the very first day. I don't agree with all his policies but he does what he thinks is right rather than what the polls want." You are so enraged at Obama you see him under every rug - perhaps he's about to to have relations with your wife and mongralize the white race. Have someone read this to you and explain who Ron Paul is .

    I thought Mr. Fischer's posting was offensive. Mr. Fischer asked me to sign his petition at the Harris County Courthouse one day. I refused and told him that I didn't appreciate his posting on my Facebook page. Mr. Fischer falsely denied making the posting. Anyone can view Mr. Fischer's March 19, 2011 posting on my Facebook page, can verify that he made the posting and verify that what I have just posted was not "taken out of context." Based on my interactions with Mr. Fischer it is my opinion that he should not be our State Bar President.
