The appellant challenges a take-nothing summary judgment in this case involving a contract for deed. The trial court did not err by denying a motion for continuance., given the length of time the case had been on file and the length of time the trial court could have believed the appellant should have been aware of the inadequacy of the property description. The property description in the contract for deed is inadequate because it does not provide the means or data by which the particular land to be conveyed may be identified with reasonable certainty.
