, Texas Lawyer

Two Mexican nationals were sentenced to 12 months and one day in federal prison for conspiring to give a $1.2 million bribe.

What's being said

These are Mexicans. This is the way things are done in Mexico. To put these men in prison for offering a bribe is extremely excessive. These over the top judges get away with this unwarranted sentence The real villain here is the prosecutor who concocted this charge. These N.Y. prosecutors are nothing but villains hiding under the rock they call law. They have no more credentials than any ambulance chaser yet are allowed to make decisions of National concern. These people need to be held to a higher order and to be subject to disbar for Civil Rights violations.
