For example the guy who tried to blow the whistle on Bernie Madoff. He was apparently right, but he also said some things that made you look at him funny.

I wish TY would do a article on on retired Judge Jerry Ray of Palo Pinto County. He helped the lawyers over the Parsons land trust steal over a million Dollars from it. One small trust had 12 lawyers feeding at the trough everyone OKed by judge Ray He runs the County lock stock & barrel. Interfers with civil trials, sets up his on mediator service to screw one of the 2 involved. Who ever pays off gets the plum. I lost $170,000 June of 2015 because of crooked judge Ray & he has free rain of the Court House in Palo Pinto.

I‘m not sure why, but whistleblowers often seem slightly flaky.

How can an attorney be disbarred for taking an appeal? If you want to see how the Commission for Lawyer Discipline has messed up, go to ocdc-revealed.com to review related cases and other example of prosecutorial abuse. Over 1,000 Texas Attorneys have expressed their outrage in a posted Amicus Motion, and others are posting on YouTube at Bennett v. Commission. If you are truly interested in improving the Bar, submitted your recommendations to the Sunset Advisory Commission. It may end- up terminating the SBOT.

The legal world desperately needs more heroes like Ty Clevenger. The men who sanction him and try to financially break him are the evil that we should all take a much closer look at. Greed and ego is what these people thrive on, regardless of the suffering they cause countless innocent victims. There is a special place in hell for those in power that purposefully harm those they are entrusted to protect.

  • Barry

Good for you Ty Clevenger! Practicing in South Texas for over 30 years, like me, would make you puke. Power corrupts and greed kills.

PLEASE read THE PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FINALITY…filed by Marc R. Stanley on Sept. 29th, 2014…I am not an attorney…but I have come to understand that the TX State Bar does NOT provide Disciplinary Judgments to attorneys who practice barratry, fraud or other kinds of Professional Misconduct…only attorneys like you…who do not join into their abuse of and disrespect for Texas Citizens; and are, instead, HUMILIATED by unethical practices and corruption…in the law profession.THE PETITION…makes me believe that…ethical attorneys will stand up for what is right…Please read it…I hope it gives you motivation…to do what you need to do…Mr. Stanley’s PETITION…actually makes me laugh…about a desperate situation that the TX State Bar has created in the Justice System…instead of disciplining attorneys…the State Bar is concealing corruption…and actually encouraging professional misconduct!I would like to know more about what you are doing..Sincerely, Debbie Asbury
