    Must we celebrate and applaud the jackals of the legal world and the scavengers (governments) that eat their scraps? Surely there is money to be extorted from companies (cheaper to settle than litigate forever, or worse, get hung with one Engles verdict), but let‘s not claim the money does much other than feed the litigation machine and take money away from the development of new drugs for other diseases.
