It is a pretty sad attorney who thinks a Citysearch mention makes any difference one way or another in landing clients. Most bar associations tell prospective clients to go by personal referrals.. and also require lawyers to disclaimer the daylights out of any ads they place. It seems to me that the filing of this suit does more to ruin the reputation of the attorney in question than any "bad review" online. One can easily assume his firm is desperate for good reason if he thinks this is a good idea for a lawsuit. One that is more than likely doomed to guffaws of laughter when he tries to prove damages.
