    Besides, someone should investigate the governor‘s office on the rainy day fund for schools. Even when it "blows a blizzard" he is unwilling to allow the schools their money, which only makes one wonder, "Where IS the money?" Who accounts for that and why can‘t "WE THE PEOPLE" have an accounting? WE should get to KNOW THAT "regardless of what the law says," as O‘Brien would say....
