Allyson Ho?? Fumbling at oral argument before the Supreme Court does not qualify one as attorney of the year. Ho got into an argument with Justice Kagan over the basic holding of the Paralyzed Veterans Doctrine, which was the main underpinning of Ho‘s argument. That did not help her cause. She also had a habit of calling Deputy Solicitor General Ed Kneedler her "friend," which visibly annoyed a couple of the Justices.
